To ring in the summer, this installment of TROUBLE & BASS is another perfect London rumble with Formula Records don DJ CHAMPION and Butterz young gun ROYAL-T. They may not be household names yet, but it's only a matter of time for these two young DJs, who have been rinsing out underground raves up and down the UK with sets full of special remixes and VIP tracks. As well, these two perfectly fit the Trouble & Bass aesthetic: mixing up all kinds of bass flavors from grime to jungle to UK funky to bassline house. After our last two parties with Silkie & Elijah and Body High, prepare for another smasher featuring plenty of fresh tracks and the most bad-ass low-end in Brooklyn.

Hackney-based Champion takes pure jungle bass and pairs it with the most amazing UK funky drums, creating tracks like "Lighter VIP" and "Wardance," that are guaranteed to mash-up any kind of club you are in. Butterz' barely legal bad man Royal-T first caught our ears with his bonkers videogame grime release "1UP" on No Hats No Hoods and since then he's mowed down the dance with the electro fire of "Orangeade", classic two-step garage remixes of Katy B and TRC, and the simply massive "Inside the Ride" for Rinse.
