LACED a Sunday Night shindig rising from the heart of East London. Breathing life into fresh talent - laying tracks on the underground scene & attracting some heavy hitters. July 8th we will be joining forces with Savoir Faire Musique a Deep House UK Label with international appeal. It will be an industry affair with Savoir Fair Musique showcasing their hottest Prducers & Dj’s. Pretty Criminals
City Soul Project, Tony S & our very own Pej (LACED) will be in mix guiding us through a Sunday night of deep house Music.

Pretty Criminals

Two purveyors of deep grooves accidentally collided into each at a party, in all places....South East Essex. After the initial enthralling conversation, “Nice tracks”; “Thanks”, they decided to meet and see if they could propel this love at first listen relationship to it’s cosmic fulfillment. That didn’t happen, so they decided to concentrate on making music and thus Pretty Criminals were born.

Since inception they have always tried to keep the ethos of the groove and this has seen their tracks being signed to such labels as Lost My Dog, Savoir Faire Musique, Open Bar Music, Electric Sheep, Form & Function, Endemic Digital, Hype Muzik, Unrivalled Music and Stripped Records.

Couple this wonderful production and making silly noises partnership with their DJ abilities and these boys have played in around London for a number of years and are current residents at the KLIK Undergound Parties which has seen them play alongside Reboot, Clive Henry, Glimpse, Burnski & DJ W!LD.

They also like fizzy sweets and Bacon Sandwiches.

City Soul Project

Inspired by the true stalwarts of house music, such as Mr Fingers, Frankie Knuckles, Stacey Pullen, Todd Terry, DJ Sneak, Kings of Tomorrow, Masters At Work, Murk, Farley & Heller to name a few, the City Soul Project are behind a unique house sound coming direct out of London, England and are already working alongside some of the greatest DJ's, Labels and Producers within the industry including i!Records, Soulman Music, Blockhead, Hype Muzik and more.

With a wealth of experience behind the decks and within the industry itself, Savoir Faire Musique label boss Scott Harrington locked horns with long term friend Ryan Briggs at the turn of 2010 to form the City Soul Project - with the sole aim of both producing and performing unsurpassed, quality underground house music.

On the production front, the guys have been busy in the studio and have delivered three fantastic EPs for i! Records, Sure Player and Soulman Music and have also delivered some great singles for Sabb's NuLogic imprint and long running US label Blockhead Recordings too, with the latter including a remix from man of the moment, Soul Minority!

After their appearances DJ'ing in Ibiza, at venues including Hush and Kanya, the guys have turned some heads within the scene and have been commissioned to remix for the likes of Pablo Fierro, JP Chronic & Bear Who for Open Bar Music, Mitch Davis for Groove On, Zoo Project's Lee Pennington for Forbidden Fruit and two club stormers for 3345 Music and Hype Muzik!

Pushing forward in to 2012, the guys are looking forward to working with their new signing to German agency Electronic Music Network (EMN) and sharing their sound with dates in and around Europe, tba soon.

Tony S

One of the founding residents of the infamous tabula rasa underground parties, Tony S is a familiar face from countless sessions at the Brickhouse. The release of his 'Ghostwritten' EP on Savoir Faire recently completed a busy year of music productions that saw him put original tracks and remixes out on many labels including Soul Industries, Headtunes, Deso Records and Unrivaled Music. Having already garnered support from the likes of X-Press 2, Mark Knight, Maceo Plex, Moodymanc and more, further releases are due in 2012 on Relux Underground, UM Records, bulletdodge and DeepWit amongst others.

Pej (Laced)

Has been resident DJ @ Brickhouse since 2009 and has played back to back with some of the biggest names to drop into the club. Pej has a solid background in house music and resonates with the dance floor and will keep you dancing til the early hours.
