A French Bastille Day Special...
Perseus Traxx (Future Flash/Bunker/M>O>S) Live London Debut! Lasermagnetic's Johnny Hiller & Neil Thornton, Tim Paris (Kompakt, Marketing Music, It's a fine line) Definition (Montana Cruz, Prime Ideal) & Raz (Hoxton FM)
An evening of Live Chicago House, Disco & Boogie, Deep House, Techno & a live London debut performance from Perseus Traxx, coinciding with Bastille Day celebrations that will see Marketing Music label boss Tim Paris cross swords with LM & Definition over 2 rooms.
Perseus Traxx is a producer extraordinaire of melodic, atmospheric and moving Chicago/Detroit inspired electronic music, with releases on Dutch labels Bunker & M>O>S (Delsin). Tim Paris is the production partner of the elusive Ivan Smagghe, and together they release under 'It's a fine line' (History Clock, Live at Robert Johnson). Tim also runs his London-Paris based night 'Branded' with partner in crime Cosmo Vitelli (I'm a cliche). East London party outfit Definition is helmed by charismatic promoter/DJ Miguel Montana Cruz and he has some excellent Gallic guests and his good vibe crowd to join him upstairs at East Village for some. Neil Thornton (Horse & Groom) and Johnny Hiller (Spacemachine Rec./Voices Agency) are behind the longstanding disco party Lasermagnetic, that has seen everyone from the scene play at one of their musically open minded events over the years.
Expect a plethora of guests from both France and old Blighty. French Winery Petite Thouars are on on board to supply some free bubbly for our guest. Cheers to our French brothers!
