MofoHifi Records takes over Notting Hill Arts Club on Sunday August 5 for an all-star evening of Nu Disco, Maximalism and Turbofunk from the best of London and Italy's musical underground. Fresh from releasing 'ElectroFunkinDiscoBreakin Vol 1. Seven Years of Heavy Disco and MofoHifi', the east London label has a lot to shout about. MofoHifi is the east London-based record label founded by The Young Punx. Issuing a steady stream of club tracks, boutique electronica and artist-led albums under the strap "ElectrofunkinDiscobreakin", and now in their eighth year, the label is known for putting synth, bass and musicality at the heart of everything they do, issuing work by Phonat, Bobby Tank, Arveene & Misk, Riva Starr, Shir Khan, Shinichi Osawa, High Rankin, DCUP, Bestrack, Per QX, Sharooz, Acid Girls, Avicii, Black Noise, Norman Cook, Goshi Goshi and more.
