After six months in Edinburgh, Bixon has managed to establish itself as one of the most exciting and varied parties the city has to offer. We are going to continue bringing you the best in underground / break through guest Acts that we can. We have also recent been approached by old friend Tom Ketley to move to his new space in the city. This boasting a slightly bigger capacity and more club-like setup will insure the atmosphere that we want is found.

Maayan Nidam | 'New Moon' Album Launch [Out Now]

Now residing in the underground mecca of Berlin, she plays worldwide, headlining some of the most well known parties there are. One the most authoritative figures in Bixon's character we are thrilled to have her. Originally from Tel Aviv she grew up surrounded by influences of the Mediterranean. Stints in New York, Amsterdam and travels to the likes of Argentina all have added inspiration to the diverse sounds she produces.

Freak n Chic, Wolf + Lamb, Perlon, Oslo, Cadenza, Raum…musik, Contexterrior and Circus Company to name but a few of the labels that Maayan Nidam AKA Miss Fitz has released on.

'New Moon' is her most recent conquest, her second album, out on the illustrious Luciano's Cadenza label, captures a little bit of her musical journey. Out in May 2012, we have been asked that we give it a special mention at our party. We see this as a celebration of her achievements and a new precedent to the level Bixon is reaching.

Anna Wall

Playing classic and contemporary house and US garage and with a strong affinity with the roots of both, Anna’s broad knowledge of the history of dance music sets her apart from the hundreds of unimaginative, chart-championing DJs that plague the scene.

As a Bixon resident in London she has warmed-up for the likes of Ethyl, OOFT!, Jonny Cade, Arkist, Robin Ordell, Brinsley Kazak and Josh T.

Away from us she has been booked alongside some of the world’s most respected DJ talents, with the last few years seeing Anna DJ in the impressive company of MK, Robert Owens, Norman Jay, Inland Knights, Soul Clap, Adam Shelton and Jordan Peak. PLUS playing at this years Miami WMC with techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson.
