This young musician and producer from Andalucía, (Spain) has managed to break into the international electronic music scene. As of 10 years old he received private piano lessons and this was where he discovered the world of black & white that gave the kickoff to jump into the world of clubbing. The next step in his young career was that with only 15 years old he succeeded in forming his own band "Depends."

At 16 he was already a master in the technique of "scratching" on the turntables. It was a very important time in Andalusia as it was the boom of “Breakbeat” and M.E.M.O. is part of the living history of this movement. This opened the door to experiment with the various styles of electronic music and he became highly national- and internationally appreciated still being a teenager. M.E.M.O. played on festivals of the mythical Satisfaxion with more than twenty thousand spectators, barely touching the age of majority.
M.E.M.O. has shared the stage with the best artists & DJs such as The Prodigy, Crystal Method, Orbital, Public Enemy, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, etc.

He currently owns his record studio in Malaga and two record labels Boayer & PornoSchool Records and has released on record labels like: Lot49, Debox, 4line, Stirsound, the EP Raíces (charted and published for the Carl Cox’s compilation “Revolution”). He also has done remixes for Christian Schwarz (Debox Music), as well as a compilation with artists such as Meat Katie, Pablo Decoder and Sharoz for the legendary label Lot 49 with Dylan Rhymes Kemptown.

GUILLERMO GARATE (Málaga) (LICHT REC)

Began his career in the electronics world in 98 being influenced by the sounds of the moment. Gradually evolved his technique to create your own style within the minimal, techno and tech house.
In 2008 he founded, together with two other members, LICHT, a promoter which despite its short course has been successful when the electronic night entertain Malaga.
He has been fortunate to share a cabin with national and international artists like Henry Saiz, Angel Molina, Cristian Varela, Paul Ritch, Maceo Plex, Marc Houle, Okain, Citizen Kain and Gaetano Parisio and others ...
