Disctoca Poca 2nd Birthday

We are nearly 2 years old. And what a 2 years it’s been at our home The HOLD. We have had some great parties down in our glittery disco den and would like to thank all the amazing people who have come down and supported us during this time. For our 1st birthday we had DP firm favourite Andrew Weatherall come grace the decks. We thought it would be fitting to bring his ALFOS guise which he runs with Sean Johnston. This is the first time ALFOS have ventured up to Liverpool.

Taking it’s name from an A.R Kane’s track of the same name. A Love From Outer Space will see Weatherall and Johnston command the controls for the entire night. To get the full effect of the grooves the chaps will be knocking out we strongly recommend getting down early to experience the full 5 hours of chugging grooves.

It is an oasis of slow in a world of increasing velocity. Never knowingly exceeding 122bpm.

Andrew Weatherall needs in introduction, being a certified national treasure. Sean Jihnston is one half of the supreme disco editing duo The Hardway Brothers and a former member of Sabres of Paradise signings Flash Faction.
