After witnessing mid to late 70's Bronx street jams and amazed at the incredible music played as well as the control of the crowd the DJ's had, Plus listening to great DJ's on the radio, Dres knew being a DJ would be in his future.

Motez is a name growing quite popular in the dance music scene in Australia especially in the last few years. Having released under different aliases, his latest reincarnation as Motez (his real name) has yielded several internationally successful releases. As a producer with years of experience under his belt, Motez has remixed and have had several releases on labels around the world including Plasmapool, Loudroom Recordings and the Australian iconic label Central Station. His support list is massive and includes Tom Piper, Bombs Away, Blaze Tripp, Gehts Noch?, Frederik Mooij, HeavyFeet, Breakdown, Aniki, MC Flipside, Meltingman, Punk Ninja and many more

During the last couple of years, Motez has remixed for international heavy-weights including Freestylers, P-Money, HeavyFeet, Frederik Mooij and Stanton Warriors ; the latter reaching #5 on the ARIA club charts paving the way for many more anticipated releases

In 2011, Onion Magazine selected Motez as the second best producer in South Australia only behind the legendary HMC, the list included the likes of The Swiss and Alexander Holland. This marked another achievement in his long music career.
