To mark the end of the 2012 festival season and kick-start the series of events they will host during the coming club stretch We Are E invited one of their favourite artists to come and play for you on October 5th.

Let's start with some serious name dropping... Alter Ego, Boys Noise, Pet Shop Boys, Hot Chip, Super Mayer, Moby, Goldfrapp, Depeche mode... This is just a small selection of the almost endless list of world famous artists who had their tracks remixed or redone by EWAN PEARSON. With such a various group of musicians choosing this UK born, Berlin based all-rounder to mess with their music, it's no surprise that many people know and love him for this part of his work. But new interpretations of existing pieces is just one thing he does. Ewan is also respected for his own productions on labels like Soma and Kompakt and successful compilations like We Are Proud Of Our Choices and Fabric 35. On top of this he is a very much in demand dj as he is playing this Amsterdam gig in between visits to Shanghai, Hong Kong, Barcelona and Poland. To create an even busier schedule he even started his own record label this year together with Sasse called Machinists. As if this is not enough, a masters degree in philosophy and cultural studies and the groove column he writes on http://ewanpearson.com show the contours of a unique, extremely gifted man.

To support all this talent We Are E hand picked two of their finest local heroes. TERRY TONER and ARJUNA SCHIKS. Bringing two totally different sounds to the table these guys are the perfect choice to start and end the evening. Terry will put things in motion with his warm and sometimes poppy sound and Arjuna will close the deal with a live show featuring the best Holland has to offer in melodic but energetic tech tunes.

Studio 2 will be hosted by a new, but legendary organisation. VILLA28 is the new name of the former Tumult in the small town of Abcoude. In the early days this rural area was a surprising hot spot for now household names such as Dimitri (Kneppers) Isis and Shinedoe. They arranged a live show from RAUWKOST which is a one man band now, but hasn't lost any of it's glow. Also there will be dj sets from 3S&S and FRENK WIERSMA, who is also responsible for massive parties like A Day At The Park and Time Warp Holland.

With so much male force behind the decks and sexy frequencies on the floor, this episode really is one for the ladies. So push up that bra, leave your boyfriend at home and come shake your behind!
