Line-up /
Justice, Chromeo, Busy P. and Fancy
The French electro duo Justice (Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay) is back to play New York City -- this time at WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden.

Justice recently received three Grammy Award nominations for "D.A.N.C.E.," in the Best Dance Recording and Best Clip categories, as well as for the Best Electronic Album for †. In addition to those accolades, the group has been nominated for six Plug Awards.

Although Justice is clearly a part of the French electro-house movement and signed to the ever-influential Ed Banger record label, Augé and de Rosnay adamantly believe they are a "pop group" as opposed to a "dance act." But when the giant white cross lights up on stage, these labels don't matter.

Montreal electro-pop band Chromeo debuted their album Fancy Footwork in 2007, which included an eponymous single and "Tenderoni" -- one of the highlights from Justice's Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1 last summer.

Busy P, the label head behind Ed Banger, and DJ Mehdi will support the night, playing the latest electro-house anthems.

Mon, 17 Mar 2008They tore it up here in Dallas. I knew the show was going to be good but I never expected to go off the way it did. I do agree though that at some parts they used teased the crowd.
