GUTI - LIVE (DESOLAT)

Guti was born in an exceptionally musical, sprawling catholic family, which included orchestra directors, saxophone players and pianists. He is influenced by the folk music of Argentina, which he says is both incredibly intricate and perfectly simple. It was in the studio of Latin Grammy-nominated producer and friend Leandro Martinez that Guti began experimenting with making house beats and singing on top. A heartbeat later, he'd landed a hit with Damian Schwarz on Frankfurt label RaumMusik, and the tune was licensed by Loco Dice for his compilation The Lab. Guti passed a handful more tracks in Loco Dices direction, and the die was cast.

Gutis electronic career has since ignited with releases on Desolat, Cadenza, Crosstown Rebels and many more. His live sets are favored all over the world and we cannot wait for him to tear up the sound control basement!!

MIDLAND (AUS / PHONICA)

Since making his debut back in 2011 Midland has become a firm favorite amongst the Zutekh faithful. As a DJ, Midland's sets are unsurprisingly diverse, something witnessed at clubs from Fabric to Plastic People to Space in Ibiza, Horst in Berlin and Chinese Laundry in Sydney. As a result, he is just as likely to be seen playing alongside artists like Joy Orbison or Ben Ufo as he is James Zabiela, Steffi or Will Saul. His deeper, atmospheric sounds are the perfect for what we represent and we are very proud to announce him as one of our new resident DJs.
