After a hugely successful debut in July, Flood returns to East Village in Shoreditch on Saturday 20th October for its next scintillating instalment of deep house.

Lee Jones:

Heading our line up is one of Berlin’s finest house artists and Watergate resident – Lee Jones.

Lee Jones rose to fame during the late 90’s in London producing and remixing downtempo/ nu-jazz under the name Hefner. After following his heart to Berlin (8 years ago and the very same week the Watergate Club opened), Lee was inspired by the music and club scene to move into his new production style which he has been perfecting over the past 6 years, a production style that crafts a mix gliding through modern minimalism with aplomb. Towards the late 2000’s Lee became known as the main creative force behind MyMy, a due Lee created together with Panorama Bar resident Nick Höppner where they toured in a total of 27 countries and appeared on labels such as Ostgut Ton, Circus Company and Playhouse. Their debut album 'Songs For The Gentle' on Playhouse made waves across the global club scene.

Having played keyboards, guitar and bass since he was young, Lee is always searching for musicality in his sound. His approach in the studio comes from his love of song writing and composition, influenced by classical music, jazz and film soundtracks. For some time his solo releases and remixes have been popping up on labels such as Aus Music, Ostgut Ton, Liebe*Detail and Cityfox, and in 2008 he released his debut LP "Electronic Frank" on Aus Music. In 2010 Lee did a mix CD for the world famous Watergate Club.

Lee will be joining us at East Village, and oh are we thrilled about that!!

Chris MiMo:

Chris has been at the forefront of the London house scene ever since 2004 as a ‘Pacha London’ resident. He has been a regular at London’s most popular venues including ‘Turnmills’, ‘The Cross’, ‘Ministry of Sound’ and ‘East Village’ to name a few; while his international dj career has seen him perform in super clubs such as ‘Space’ and `Privilege’ in Ibiza, the `Roof Top Madinat’ in Dubai and `Culture Box’ in Denmark.

David De La Rua:

David moved to England in 2010 where he met "Enzo Tedeschi" and with it the whole family of "no-attitude Recordings" for which he currently produces. "David de la Rua" sound is a rich blend of styles that go from deep to jazzy-electronica, house and funk to creat a magical atmosphere
