NYC's Morgan Geist is without a doubt one of the most talented DJ/Producers to have ever come out of the United States. He first conquered the world under his "Metro Area" project alongside partner Darshan Jesrani. As one Spanish promoter has been quoted as saying, "He founded the Nu Disco genre." ResidentAdvisor recently released a Top 100 chart ranking the best tracks of the last decade, where Metro Area's "Miura" placed at the number one slot. His solo projects as 'Morgan Geist' showcase his impeccable songwriting, not to mention his inspirations from artists as diverse as Devo, Pink Floyd, New Order, Carl Craig, and Underground Resistance.

Having toured the world and performed regularly in the finest clubs on the planet, many artists may have been content with that success - but Morgan could not be stopped. His latest project "Storm Queen" is quite possibly his most successful work to date, where he collaborates alongside an NYC Subway singer whose soulful vocals have captivated the underground house scene.
