Kyoto's Lady Citizen has produced a mind-boggling array of music. From progressive house to Detroit style techno, from chill wave to bass music - Lady Citizen is a refreshing alternative to most artists who get stuck in one sound. We appreciate the honest emotions, the sheer love of music, the naivety to what's "cool" or not. We recently tapped our local boy Conrank to remix a Lady Citizen track, and the result was a sublime chilled out bass track that's getting hot on
beatport and the blogosphere.

We also have one of Asia's hottest music talents - Caliph-8 from Manila. A true world class master of the MPC, Caliph8 shows you how live electronic music should be done, as he plays live MPC that could stand up to any live drummer on a drum kit, taking you on a true musical journey, from experimental soundscapes to raw hip hop beats to abstract jazz. Caliph8 will also DJ before and after his live set.

Caliph8 headlined our Antidote stage at Midi Shanghai in 2011, we're excited to have him back!

Spejderrobot (danish word put together by the word for ‘scout’ and ‘robot’ playing on the contrast between the simple and the complex) was founded in 2006 in Copenhagen by self-taught audio mangler and only member Mikael Elkjær. Spejderrobot is no generic rave robot, he crafts music soundscapes that are delicate, haunting, and gorgeous.
