Our last event 6th May-12 was a complete sell out with djs Alf/Chris Boshell/ Danny Finnegan/Martin McCann all djs provided a quality atmosphere by all accounts and this one will be no different.

To celebrate 22yrs of SHAFT we have drafted in 'shaft residents- dean sherry-tony murphy- tony dexter- paddy sheridan + friends barry dempsey' to provide a true underground SHAFT vibe with attitude…

Shaft Ely Place, was an iconic club of its day, it played a major part in clubbing culture around Dublin in the early to late 90’s, clubbers qued up outside the club for hours on a Saturday/Sunday night to gain access to one of the most influential and hedonistic clubs of its day.

You could be rubbing shoulders with people from all walks of life in this club and the music which was played projected such an excellent unique atmosphere to say the least...

Shaft, was played by local talented dj’s such as Gerry Moore, Brian O’ Shaughnessy Alf, Paddy Sheridan, Tony Murphy, Dean Sherry. Dj Casper and Chris Boshell amongst others, it was the intimacy, atmosphere, positive vibes and the legendary music that pulled clubbers to SHAFT on a Saturday/Sunday nights as the Trance/progressive house music bellowed through the speakers.

Expect the usual madness musically 90s underground house…
