One of the most ungrateful things – it’s to accentuate on the more or less significant party in Boom Boom Room. But sometimes the loaded historical events, that are worth seeing – really happens. On the 20th of October, under the auspices of the prior German label - Mobilee, the house-guru – Vincenzo is coming to Kyiv.
The Mobille label was owned by Anja Schneider and Ralf Kollmann in 2005, and based on the timeworn structures of house and techno, label’s approach is a triple threat: its records reference vintage dancefloor minimalism, trade ideas with like-minded contemporaries, and suggest surprising new directions for a genre that has weathered both hype and backlash. Aside from the label founder - Ralf Kollmann , Mobille got into the creative life story of Pan-Pot, Ray Okpara, Martin Landsky, Audiojack and many others. Vincenzo, whose experience on the electronic scene comes over 15 years, has also become an important part of this team.
The Italo-German musician, Vincenzo started his career in far 90’, when the Hamburg's club scene just got on the way of Acid House incipience, and lots of major names of the modern electronic music just started to grow in the creative way. So, the notably Poker Flat's future ringmaster Steve Bug, offered Vincenzo the participation in the revered 'Reduced' parties at Hamburg's 'Front' Club. In 95 Vincenzo has done the first work for the Raw Elements label, together with Sandro Catallo and after 3 years debuted with his own album '1‐800‐Vincenzo', on one of the newly blossomed Dessous Imprint. Is there reason to say, what a successful start it was, if the musician was soon hosted in the New York electronic environment, getting to the collaboration with Alexi Delano, known as A.D.N.Y.&Vincenzo. The tours over States and globally, only fortified his interest to the funky deep house and pushed to the new beneficial acquaintances.
In 2002-2003, Vincenzo’s tracks were releasing on Basic Beat and United, being in demand on the radio, and during the sets of Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Graham Gold, Johan Gielen, Judge Jules, Paul Van Dyk, Pete Tong, Frank TRAXX, Johan Gielen, and others as well. 2007 in his career – is definitely notable for the remix of Move D’s «Anne Will» on the LiebeDetail. Here, the worlds of Deep House and Minimal Techno clashed, blasting all the leading dancepols. Today, always called-for, house-veteran Vincenzo, works with his label-imprint Teardrop, also releasing on Pokerflat, Freerange, and , surely, Mobilee.
This year the German label knuckled down over the daily format trend advancement. The amazing atmosphere reigned on the all three Mobilee Rooftop sessions, in August this year. The rooftop parties on the cultic platforms of Barcelona, Berlin and Moscow, took place in the same date, under the motto - «3 cities, 3 rooftops, 9 DJ’s». Vincenzo appeared in Moscow Gipsy, together with Rodriguez Jr., Ralf Kollmann and Special Case.
