For us 2012 will never be forgotten as it has been a year which has seen the Showcase party grow and establish itself in a city where new parties and promoters will often come and go. We close the year just as strong as we started it with a line-up that embodies our music policy through some established and fresh talent that have yet to play for us.
It is advised that tickets are purchased prior the event as only a limited number of tickets will be held on the door which will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Since their inception last summer their tracks have caught the attention of some of the biggest names in the dance music community with support coming from Hot Natured, Wolf + Lamb, Crosstown Rebels, Lee Curtiss, Droog, Jamie Jones, M A N I K and Soul Clap. All of which have tried and tested these across some of the globes most proliphic dance floors from Sonar to Burning Man, Glastonbury and Ibiza's mecca DC10. This is one act that wont dissapoint.

Everyone has to start their career somewhere, and in James Pople's case, he's off to a flying start with the current scene all looking to get a slice of this fresh name, playing alongside the likes of Cozzy D and Alexis Raphael at Creche as well as gaining the support of Rob James and Miguel Campbel. Prodution wise his sound crosses woozy, eerie and frighteningly sharp deep-house grooves. From the slow canter and soul influence of 'Who's That Girl' to the electro-soaked melodies of his debut release 'Keep It Up'. Wide-eyed, fresh and 'hungry for the power' (he even opened up for Torontonan disco-pop funksters Azari & III). James Pople has a crystal clear musical vision to share with the world, taking in house, disco, slow jam r'n'b and beyond. 2013 will see Pople up his game further as he continues to make good of his already respected name. Get to know.
Founding member of the MTL/L.A./LDN based Amadeus Records, Forrest carries himself with not only an untamed mindset, but an exponentially growing catalog of quality releases. Working closely with Montreal producer/sound engineer Jonathan Doyon, Forrest is now evolving into an artist of his own while still multiplying collaborations with other renowned acts such as Avatism, Eric Volta, Tom Budden to name a few. With his first ever Vinyl release on Play it Down and an upcoming full album on Louie Fresco’s Mexa Records (Lee Foss, Robert Owens), Forrest is most definitely a new act worth experiencing.
DJ's, producers and founders of the Showcase, Deep'art will be kicking things off and setting the tone for the evening.
