Like two ships that pass in the night, the Art Basel special of ‘Choice Meeting’ promises to be a steamy, illicit, overnight clinch that lingers long in the memory but without the regret in the morning.

Man of the moment Matt Tolfrey leads the way, still blazing a global trail on the back of his ‘Word of Mouth’ (Leftroom) debut album. Released in November and described as ‘a stunning collection of house, 9/10’ by Mixmag, the latter months of 2012 are fuelling the best moment of his career so far.

Simon Baker is one of the UK’s leading lights in house music and, as both producer and DJ, Simon has remained at the top of the pile for the best part of a decade. Memorable moments such as ‘Plastik’ and ‘Kaskazi’ (his 2008 collaboration with Jamie Jones) have defined a stellar career bolstered recently by his own hugely well received ‘Traces’ album on 2020 Vision.

Miami’s very own Lazaro Casanova, a Leftroom favourite is also on hand to get the night started.
