Dear Monkeys, WE ARE BACK !

After the huge Halloween Party we spent together, we'll be back on Wednesday the 5th of December (before a Bank Holiday) for a first party in a classic club of Barcelona's Rave scene "Señor Lobo" (c/ Almogávers 86), known before as "Lokotron". The venue breathes Techno for its old Warehouse-like architecture and it's magic terrace on the Rooftop. For this special occasion, we bring you 2 guests we really care about !

From Detroit, comes one of our greatest idols and influence, MIKE HUCKABY (Deep Transportation, Detroit). Mike is a very important character in Electronic music's history and also an active member of the small and harmed Detroit scene. He is a teacher in the famous social electronic music school for children "Youthville", where he discovered great talents like KYLE HALL.

Many of his production are between the greatest pieces of House and Techno, and his versatility took him to edit material from Jazz visionaere SUN RA.

Representing the local scene the great DARIO DAMERINI (The Monkey Bar/12" Records, Barcelona). His recent bomb on 12" Records has been for many weeks Top Seller on the New York vinyl institution DOPE JAMS. It's hard to find someone with such good records in his back as Dario, a warrior always armed with the best tunes.

Furthermore, legend Huckaby will be giving a master class called "Ableton live workshop with 3rd Party Plugins(Reaktor)" at SAE Institute (c/ Perú 176) the same wednesday from 15:00 to 17:00. Presence is 100% free, but the capacity is very limited. If you want to be there just send a mail to hello@monkeybar.es to reserve your spot and make sure you can get in. Your presence will assure you a 50% reduction on you entrance to the party happening later that night at Señor Lobo with MIKE HUCKABY and DARIO DAMERINI.
