Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand WE'RE BACK.

Sandy was a bitch that nobody liked, but she's not invited this time. This night is going to be bigger than Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Years, Chinese New Years and the Apocalypse all rolled into one. It is also an Astro Nautico BIRTHDAY celebration, with the 7th falling squarely in between Paul Jones' and Obey City's December life anniversaries, and a belated November celebration for the Scorpio, Kuhn. Due to this and the additional guest DJs we'll be rocking for an extra hour and opening doors at 9 PM.

Expect things to be fully turnt up.

This is our last monthly event of the year at FREECANDY, a former car parking garage filled with street art, neon UV paint, a full-service bar and a 20’ x 12’ projection area.

We’re bringing in another cast of six globally-minded young producers and DJs, all of whom have been itching to burn the roof down since our cancelled November 2nd event. This night also marks our first overseas guest in Seb Wildblood, hailing from London. Astro Nautico residents will be holding down all the in-between sounds for the night and Paul Jones will be curating movie-theatre-sized VHS video projections along with guest VJ Elijah Rosa Pratts.

We’ll also stream the whole night live on Ustream for our foreign friends.

As always, you don’t have to be a music head in order to enjoy what we’re planning. Thunderous bass weight and raw visuals form a potent electronic cocktail capable of offering just about anyone a uniquely invigorating party experience.
