TOCA NYC brings you a different theme house music costume party every 4th Friday of the month. Yes you heard right, we going to end the year with this amazing theme costume party. It's going to be spooky and fun. Xmas Clowns, Clown reindeers, Clown snowmen, Clowny elves, costumes get priority at the door but are not required
