The ER team celebrates its third year by kicking off Right Field, a semi-regular session, where we grab the finest in up-and-coming electronic and IDM/indie dance acts, get 'em off the stage and onto the decks to showcase their DJ chops.

In our inaugural edition, we welcome Montreal's SOLAR YEAR, snagging them before they head off on their 10+ city European tour later this January. With Fader Magazine pushing their "churning, gut-dunking" sound, and debut EP on Stratosfear set to drop (with backing vocals from Grimes no less), Solar Year's looking to feast on 2013.

The evening's appetizer and dessert menus include the diabolical duo of NYC's heavy-hitting locals, DEREK MARIN (Subtrak, Faucet, Get Physical, Sleaze) and CHRIS ALKER (Subtrak), as well as ER's resident and host of the UMS show, in his first set in fucking forever, DIGGY.

For our friends outside of NYC, we will be broadcasting this event in HD audio and video, only on www.electronicrhythm.com. For those in the city, upstairs @ 2A is where you can catch your first wave of the Solar Year.
