Join us in Stereo. As part of the Sync in Squares program of events for 2013 we will be kicking off the club side of things with no other than Mala.

Mala is a producer, DJ, label owner and visionary best know for his contributions to the scene known as dubstep. But to people who have been touched by his music or moved by his DJing, he holds a deeper place in their hearts. Through certain frequencies, his music carries a message that fundamentally connects people.

Bringing with him his live show, Mala in Cuba is the result of a trip taken with Gilles Peterson. Sounds from the streets and local musicians just doing their thing were mastered by the dubstep pioneer in his south London studio; the result is exceptional.

Support on the night is ably supplied by Aleksi & Raksha (Deadly Rhythm) and Bake (All Caps). One hour each to get your shoes shuffling...
