We are excited to announce that we will be taking over Aura Cardiff on the 22th February for our launch event and what a line-up we have in store.

Mak & Pasteman (Lobster Boy/Senseless Records)

The dj/producers that on the tip of everybody’s tongue. Creating a whirlwind of hype with several massive releases in 2012, including ‘Give it up’, 2013 is unquestionably their year. Growing up on a diet of electronica, hip hop, breaks, garage, house and techno, they have an appreciation of both the old and new in bass music. Their style is best described as a cocktail of these influences with their multi genre style fusing new and old sounds with modern production techniques and heavy sub bass.

Altough both individually having a rich background in bass music the turn of 2012 saw them focus on collaborative projects, leading to summer bookings at this year’s Ibiza Rocks, Glade and Hideout festivals along with extensive radio-play from the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs, Redlight, B traits, Toddla T, Nick Grimshaw, Kissy Sell Out and Rob Da Bank. If you haven’t hear of these guys you don’t know your missing.

Klose One (Swamp 81/Staunch)

A real dj’s dj with over 14 years of experience he has developed a unique style of mixing with flawless selection, timing and mind boggling mixes. Expect to hear deep 4/4 House and Garage vibes, as well as classic bits of dance music history mixed all dished out with amazing energy and effortless mixing, this has lead to him being a widely respected dj and seen him play shows all over the world, at many major festivals and on radio stations such as Rinse FM and BBC 1Xtra. He has gained substantial following, earning support from with UK underground pioneers Loefah and Zed Bias, as well as others.

Crown Duels (MadTech Records/Only Vibes)

The new kids on the block bringing a fresh twist to the UK house genre, they have gained much airplay from the scenes leading lady B-Traits. With a forthcoming release on MadTech Records and their stunning free download Gossip, they have captured our ears, it is surely only a matter of time before their big break.
