Jenny Arredondo is a true Techno enthusiast and active member of the Twice as Proper team.

A music and dace floor lover. Simply a crazy healthy raver that would dance for hours and hours to proper Techno beats and bass. She is known as the sober "Dancing Queen" in the underground NYC Techno scene and around the world in places like Berlin where she rocked the dance floor at Berghain (aka the BEST CLUB IN THE WORLD) . Her passion for music has no limits; she has music in her blood.

Jenny's music exploration journey in the studio began in 2012 and she now produces under the names "Headliner" and "La Guru".

You will often find her listening and discovering new tracks and artists, also at Techno events having the time of her life.

Designer, photographer, booking agent, event planner, a world trotter. Member of the "Party People" movement, president of the "Techno Inquisition". Her voice has been sampled to be used in many Techno productions by Craft and remixes by other producers as well.

DUCKHUNTER (Kontrol | Siesta | Mystery Train) - NYC

Duckhunter (Alexey Zharov) is an electronic sound producer/DJ from New York City. Alexey has been dedicated to a relentless production output that landed him a 4 year residency on the infamous Uberkontrol label (2009-12”). Since 2008 Alexey has been pushing his “Duckhunter” electronic sound with un-diminishing persistence , building a reputation in the New York City Underground techno scene as a creative DJ and forward thinking producer. Duckhunter’s roots run deep into experimental sound design expositions, and even further back is a 6 year career with a subversive lo-fi Siberian punk-rock band as a main singer-songwriter with a broad history of shows in many NYC venues. Starting his techno career in 2007 ; Duckhunter became the preferred alias. After 2 years of working in the studio, Duckhunter’s first performance was in Santos Party House Club in Manhattan in 2009, since then Alexey has been playing some of the most exclusive underground parties in NYC and getting on the bill of events like Trilogy, Eklipze, and the Official Electric Zoo Afterparty at Pacha by 2010, just one year after beginnig his spinning career. Since then, Alexey has kept up the pace of performances with an unprecedented level of consistency and drive. Currently Duckhunter's music is played by many DJ's worldwide & locally also supported by fellow producers like Craft, Derek Marin, Darius Bay, Caspian, Justin Case; just to name a few.
Duckhunter's production's can be found on lables like Wolf Trap, Muchiq Records UK, Kontrol Records, LW Recordings, Mystery Train Recordings, Ill Bomb Records, Groove Life, Gee Records Plus, Retorica Recordings. This year Duckhunter is throwing down a track produced alongside Derek Marin "Thunder Island" on vinyl on the classic house label Siesta as well as a full length LP Album titled "Komodo & The Ecclesial Fox" on NOSI Music.

- CHAMOMILE (Mineaturesrec/Resort)

EDM producer Roman Chamomile, known as simply Chamomile, has releases on many independent record labels, such as Miniaturesrec, Subtrak, Kynatix, Imperial/Border Recordings, UrbanVibe Records, Truth Underground Rec, Ill Bomb Records, Footmusic Records, Resort Records and many more. His exploratory vibes have been perceived as different from the mainstream, most of what would be considered Tech. His latest productions include elements of Deep House, Techno, Tech-House and Minimal, with each track superseding the last by higher quality and creativity. Born in Ukraine, Roman moved to NYC at the age of 10, with knowledge of music theory, and proficiency as a pianist. By the age of 19, Roman mastered the guitar and bass guitar as well, and was in numerous Rock/Metal/Death Metal bands and opened up for some of the greatest acts in those genres, from which he achieved his darker tastes for music. After frequenting many major and local EDM parties, Roman became discontent with the direction of the music industry and started getting into the underground techno scene in NYC. He became a producer/dj after he broke ties with his other music career and had his first release from Kynatix in January 2012. His latest EP entitle "Nikolayev", was featured on the top 100 Beatport Techno Chart, which is available via Ill Bomb Records. Chamomile is also part of Destroy Date, a group formed between himself and d_Verge, which is set to release quality dark techno projects with their first EP entitled "More Disk Space" available on Kynatix. We are yet to see what his future accomplishments hold for his ever growing fan base.

JOE MATTIELLO

Joe Mattiello grew up not to far from New York City in a family filled with band members, opera singers and computer whizzes. Having been introduced to both computers and music since a young age it's only natural that electronic dance music would embody him. He was trained in classical piano as a child, and later became a drummer as a young teenager. In the late 90's he discovered Trackers and electronic music and craved more. With no access to a record store with dance music, the recent birth of MP3s gave Joe the avenue to hunt down the new style of music he craved. From DJ Icey, The Chemical Brothers, Paul Van Dyke, Carl Cox, Dave Clarke; all names that were quickly filling up the family computer. His understanding of computers and his musical background gave way to his desire to produce electronic dance music on his own.

Joe is currently a successful computer programmer, writing custom audio software and plugins, which are always a work in progress. He is currently taking time away from his career to focus on becoming a respected electronic music producer and DJ.

"Twice as Proper" and their founders:

Twice as Proper is a New York City Based Underground Techno Events organization. Craft & Shadi co-created the movement "Twice as Sweet" which then became "Twice as Proper Sessions". With an impressive over 200 events and over 100 guest dj bookings, it is now well established in the NYC underground techno scene. 2012 is the 5th year for the organization, and with quite an illustrious list of guest DJ bookings in venues across Manhattan & Brooklyn, there is always something exciting and different to expect from the events. In 2010, Twice as Proper hosted 8 events in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) during the winter, while keeping regular NYC events alive as always. 2011 was fantastic for the two artists bringing International tours in 5 countries (USA, Italy, Egypt, Mexico, Costa Rica), international radio shows, podcasts, music productions, TV coverage (Italy, Mexico, Costa Rica), soundcloud recordings listened to in over 90 countries, new fans and friends. Craft & Shadi have been spinning since 1994 on those legendary Technics 1200's. Then followed the years of CDJ technology and mixers with effects, always keeping it dark, deep, dirty real serious. They now often perform live mixes with ultimate controllers and live effects. They go on with explosive sets, chopping' up loops and samples, all while in the mix. The result is always "Massive". Craft & Shadi promise to rip it Proper.

Twice as Proper/Party People/Feed The Raver
18 years Djing, 13 years producing. 5 years planning events.

Born in NYC, Craft bought his technics 1200's & Vestax mixer at age 14 with his own life savings in 1994. He taught himself the skill of beat matching and studied the art of blending tracks smoothly to perfection with persistence. He began producing music in 1999 under the name "Craft". He dj's 3 times per month on average in the NYC underground techno scene for his established "Twice as Proper" techno events and other local showcase events. He evolved from the Vinyl-only days to CDj’s of all types, and now often performs live with his all-in-one DJ workstation M-Audio Torq Xponent. In 2010, Craft traveled to Europe for his Italy Dj tour to Milan, Rome, and Terracina, then experienced an incredible Costa Rica DJ Tour covered by much media attention (national radio and TV). Craft ended up the year by hosting 8 Twice as Proper events in 5 stunning different stunning venues in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. In 2011, Craft performed on the main stage at "The Works" during DEMF/Movement (Detroit Electronic Music Festival), as well as in Washington DC at Funxion and Sweet Spot clubs, and also at Boston’s famous Rise afterhours club as headliner in the main room for 5-hours. He was finally approached by countless labels for remixes and original EP’s and is now signed on 19 top labels based in 9 countries. Craft currently has 6 EP's released plus many remixes in 2012 alone.

In 2012, Craft showcased for Cultured Citizens event at The Old Miami in Detroit, and performed at an incredible 5 after parties during Detroit's Movement Festival 2012, including performances at The Works, Belle Isle, Bookie's, TV Bar, and Motor-City Wine. Later in the year, Craft headlined again at The Works for a "Devolve Detroit" event. Craft co-created the NYC techno movement "Twice as Sweet" with his partner Shadi in 2007. It was later renamed "Twice as Proper" and has reached an impressive "over 200 events" and counting in the past 5 years with an illustrious list of over 100 guest DJ bookings. "Feed The Raver Podcast show" was founded and hosted by Craft himself along with Jenny Arredondo. It debuted worldwide on March 3rd 2012 with interviews and guest techno DJ sets from a different city around the world every 2 weeks. Feed The Raver officially partnered with Movement festival media coverage in 2012 interviewing international techno DJ's as well as promoting the festival itself. Craft also created and designed the "Party People" T-Shirt which has a history of its own...

Born in Cairo, Egypt....raised in NYC from age 12, where he met up with his mentor and friend Daniele Ciocio (Dj Craft), who helped him manipulate vinyl ...and sound through a mixer. Flash forward to December !999, Twilo, Sasha and digweed & Mitsubishi = Lifelong Sound Obsession.

Currently Shadi is actively Running The New York City Based Underground Techno Events & Movment "Twice As Proper" With his Musical Partner Dj Craft Who together co-created the movement "Twice as Sweet" which then merged with Los Franzetti's "Proper Sessions" resulting in "Twice as Proper Sessions" with an impressive over 200 events and counting in the past 5 years since 2007 with quite an illustrious list of guest DJ bookings.
