After packing out Chambre 69's final night with MPIA3, Missing Persons Club is back with another heavyweight lineup, this time in Make Do - Chambre 69's temporary home.
NICK HÖPPNER
As a long-time resident DJ at Berlin’s Berghain/Panorama Bar and the boss of its associated label Ostgut Ton, not to mention an adept producer in his own right, the German will be bringing some of his unmistakable house and techno vibes to the main room at Make Do. This will be Nick's first time playing in Scotland so be sure not to miss it.
ROLANDO
Rolando Ray Rocha is a Detroit original, responsible for several classic tracks under 'Rolando' and as 'The Aztec Mystic' including the seminal 'Knights of the Jaguar' EP. As a former luminary of Jeff Mills and Mike Banks’ Underground Resistance collective, he is now at the helm of the Los Hermanos label. Although he still finds time to release exemplilary cuts on highly esteemed labels such as Delsin and Ostgut Ton. Rolando is known for his skilful and wide-ranging DJ sets and as a regularly on the DJ circuit for almost 20 years, there will be few who can argue.
ANIMAL FARM
The Animal Farm boys have been running parties in Glasgow for just over eight years, with their most recent one bringing another Berghain resident, Ben Klock, to the Sub Club. Along with appearing at clubs and
afterparties all over Glasgow they have recently released the very first EP on Animal Farm records. As good friends of theirs and fans of their sound, we’ve decided to invite the boys down to keep things going in the second room.
WAX WORKS
MPC’s own techno aficionados and vinyl enthusiasts Wax Works will be setting the tone for the guests.
