Plastic Soup are bringing you something quite spectacular as the summer beckons. We're snuggling up with Lincoln's wunderkind promotional team Audiojak (who've had Erol Alkan, Jamie Jones, Ivan Smagghe and Lee Burridge raving with them in their sleepy village) to bring you a cataclysmic party on Liverpool's one and only rave boat Walk the Plank. Headlining is none other than Luke Solomon, a guy well and truly at the avant-garde of house music. As the man behind Freaks, Classic recordings (alongside Derrick Carter) and now undergoing a tremendous renaissance on Radio Slave's Rekids imprint, we're talking about a bona fide superstar of Jack's groove. Plastic Soup talisman General Jimmy and Audiojak's resident tag team Karpet Kritterz are in support.
And upstairs the Gimpfist team are bringing some tailor made lunacy with Paul Outlar, Buddha, Danny Woods and the infamous CMWMSMDM bringing a twisted ensemble of gutter disco, power pop and irreverent funk. All proceeds from the event will be going to support CALM with a series of raffles on the night also in aid of raising finances for the charity.
Expect carnage like you've never known...
