In November we welcome back star DJ John Askew to the b1 decks after his blinding performance in May. John's releases on his own labels Kompressed and Discover and remixes for Duty Free, Ministry of Sound, Euphonic and Paul van Dyk’s Vandit have consistently raised the bar. He's held residencies at The Gallery, Cream and Ministry of Sound and entertained Radio 1 and Kiss listeners on a regular basis - now see him rock the T2 sound system. It’s not often you can see a DJ of John’s stature in such a small venue in the day! Don’t miss this…

The rest of the line up reminds us of sub-Logic parties of old!

First up we see the return of Ben Green to our fair shores. After a year of sunning it up in Oz Ben is back to serve up some meaty tech house and break beat as only he knows how. A former resident at becomeone, Ben made the house slot his own in the early sub Logic days and we can't wait to have him back behind the decks. If anyone's buying, his is probably a cold beer with a piece of lime in the top.

Next up, the good lord Tim Davison will be blessing us with his heavenly prog. Tim's tunes "Be One" and "Dance Move 87" have been receiving a great response, and we look forward to some more chin-strokingly top notch action from the big man. Look out for a monster 3 hour set from Tim for his birthday in December.

Our new resident Oliver Leighs joins us again to provide the trance action for the first time this year! We love Mr Leighs so much we offered him a residency and to have his children. He only accepted the residency but we think he's so great we couldn't stay mad for long. Oliver's top trance tunes have been ripping it up on dancefloors, and his sets at The Gallery DJ competition and Twisted went down a storm recently. As well as being a wizard on the decks he is getting pretty damn hot in the studio and will be playing some of his works of art in his first set as resident!

The last two hours will be given over to Shaun Rowland who will sadly be playing his last set for becomeone before he leaves for a new life in Australia. Shaun has been co-promoter and resident of becomeone since the very first party at the Griffin and has played at every b1 event bar one over the past two years. He will be playing a very special set consisting of the biggest tunes that he has played at b1 over the last two years and a very emotional encore no doubt! Come and wave goodbye to Shaun in style on the dancefloor.

Quite a large party to look forward to then!

Get your names in now to guestlist@becomeone.co.uk and we’ll see you in November for Shaun's farewell.

For this party to see Shaun off in style we have extended the drink offers on the following: 2 for 1 on bottles of Red Stripe and 2 for 1 on a selected bottle of alchopops so that they are on between 14:00 and 17:00. Don't forget we have specials on drinks all day: £3.50 for a bottle of Red Stripe, £3.50 on a selected bottle of alchopops and £3.50 for a single spirit and mixer.

In addition to this the first 150 people in to the party before 16:00 will be able to pick up a free bottle of Red Stripe or a free bottle of a selected alchopop or a free soft drink, to make up for the mix up at the end of the last party.
