SEBO K (MOBILEE)
Sebo K has long been a key figure in Berlin's electronic dance music community. Now, thanks to his releases on the Mobilee label, including "Rancho Relaxo", "Too Hot", "Horizons" and "Far Out" he's becoming an unstoppable force.
Like so many others, Sebo K began DJing in the early '90s, finding his feet at Berlin's first UK breakbeat parties. By the mid '90s he had discovered his love for Chicago house and Detroit techno and at the turn of the decade he began his residency at Berlin's legendary Pogo club. Today, Sebo K is a resident at Berlin's Watergate
Sebo K continues to reinforce the importance of house for a new generation of minimal lovers. With an unparalleled sense of pulse and soul, Sebo K is just beginning to hit his stride.
SHUR-I-KAN (FREERANGE)
Shur-i-kan aka Tom Szirtes' trademark blend of musicality with cutting edge electronic production has been turning heads and making fans for over six years now.
Whilst learning his chops playing keyboards with various jazz, funk and rock bands around London, Tom was working on his own material on the side. At his first solo gig he was discovered by renowned producer Tom Middleton who released Shur-i-kan's debut track "Niomi's Dream" on the now seminal Jedi's Night Out compilation for Mixmag.
Shur-i-kan is a favourite and long time contributor to Freerange Records label. Other projects include hip-hop production, regularly performing with Tom Middleton's AMBA project and improvisional super group The Bays.
