The May edition of the Underground Resistance residency at APT features extended sets by two of NYC's best underground DJs - DJ Probus and DJ Dex aka Nomadico.

Petrit Pula aka DJ Probus is a native New Yorker who spent most of his childhood in Prishtina, Kosova then returned to NYC in 1991. He has spent the past 7 years dedicating himself to DJing and nourishing new music in his hometown. His musical talents have earned him residencies at the summer Beach Party series, the Easy Lover parties with partner Justin Carter and at Nublu where he regularly hosts the record label's live bands. Petrit is also label manager and A&R man at Nublu Records.

Petrit's hard work and vision established a connection with Underground Resistance and resulted in the recent remixes for the Nublu Orchestra single "Sketches of NYC".

Nomadico aka DJ Dex transplanted to Brooklyn in 2004 after years of working in Detroit with his mentor Mad Mike Banks. Dex's involvement with Underground Resistance has continued as a remixer, recording artist and an "Assault Squad" DJ. His DJ sets at APT, Nublu and last year's performance at The Beach Party have displayed his ability to weave in and out of house, techno, electro and reach back to funk and disco classics.
