We’ve had a taste of sunshine and can only hope that wasn’t our summer! Never fear for Hat Club is here with the usual dose of hot hats and house, ready to turn up the heat and deliver another scorching party!
This month at Storm sees another irresistible line up from Hat Club - they don’t half know how to pick ’em!
Headlining this event is none other than Manchester legend Jason Herd. The Sankeys resident has an impressive CV including performing alongside the likes of Axwell, Steve Angello, Erick Morillo, D.Ramirez and Mark Knight. Jason has achieved critical acclaim in the past with hits such as ‘Release The Pressure’ and ‘Whatever You Dream’, and has enjoyed worldwide club success alongside Jon Fitz with the Subliminal Smash “I Just Can’t Get Enough”. Jason has earned himself a reputation as one of the most sought after DJs around. With his trademark energy, passion and lots of hands in the air; Jason Herd plays the dirtiest beats in town, and this time Southend is lucky enough to receive them!
Accompanying Jason at this event is James Fitch – 50% of the duo de jour, Prok & Fitch. With such a hectic schedule both with the duo and solo projects, it’s a wonder how James Fitch does it all, releasing on labels such as Stealth and Data with singles such as ‘Outro Lugar’ (storming the dance charts!) – 2008 is shaping up to be a very significant year! James Fitch has played alongside Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, Bob Sinclair, Pete Tong and Eric Morillo, and during his 13 years behind the decks, James has developed a unique and exciting style of real house music, from uplifting grooves to tuff, dirty, electro beats, keeping it fresh, and ‘always funky.’
Storm resident Damien Stone will be providing his trademark blend of tunes to the night, ensuring the event is as mind-blowing as ever!
You know the rules by now:
1) Don’t talk about Hat Club
2) Don’t forget your Hat!
