Within Toronto's immense wealth of talent Jamie has distinguished himself among the city's finest.

Jamie Kidd [Thoughtless Music - Toronto]

Since 2005, Jamie Kidd has released music on Toronto's Thoughtless, California based Monism Music, and Halifax's Stratagem. Most recently, Kidd has been collaborating with Boshke Beats producer Frederik Hatsav to form the newest reincarnation of METALOGIC. Their hypnotic 12inch ep 'Atom Eater' was released by Addon in 2007, with the follow up record to be released on Brooklyn's legendary techno label Hidden Agenda in the spring of 2008.

As the resident for Platform, Tempo, and the Box of Kittens events in Toronto, Jamie has performed alongside some of the world's most diverse and respected artists such as Adam Beyer, Extrawelt, Trentemoller, Joel Mull, Speedy J, Chris Liebing, Rob Hood, Tony Rohr, Alex Under, Robert Babicz, and Samuel L Session.

Originally a professional jazz and funk bassist, Jamie takes the spirit of live music and improvisation into every performance.
