Straight from Miami’s Pawn Shop patio to New York City, Made Event launches the very first NYC edition of Sunday School For Degenerates on August 31st through September 1st, 2008. In order to earn your masters degree in SSFD, the main event will be preceded by the Overboard Boat Party, brought to you by Matter/:Form, followed by an all–nighter at club Rebel. The degeneration concludes with an all-day open air affair at the aptly named Afterschool Special at The Yard, located on the Gowanus Canal, Brooklyn.

Once again, Made Event brings you a selection of the very best and talented music purveyors from all over the world. Preschool starts with the Overboard Boat Party featuring acclaimed Poker Flat Recordings headmaster Steve Bug and his dear acolyte Adultnapper. The adventure continues at club Rebel with the Sunday School For Degenerates party bringing together a selection of the best underground Artists; Dan Berkson & James What (Live), Kate Simko (Live), Mr. C, Martin Landsky, Three, Taimur Agha + Crazy Larry and additional special guests. The Degenerate escapades conclude with the Afterschool Special at The Yard, a tree-lined waterside lot on the scenic Gowanus Canal. This all-day grand finale will feature Cassy, Joel Mull, Nikola Baytala, Zip and additional special guests. Any heavy-handed moralizing will not be included, we are Degenerates!

Made Event presents a 24+ hour adventure in NYC this Labor Day weekend
launching with the OVERBOARD BOAT PARTY aboard the Paddlewheel Queen (Steve Bug + Adultnapper), August 31st 5pm-10pm.

Then heading into the first New York City edition of the legendary SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR DEGENERATES (Dan Berkson & James What live + Kate Simko live + Mr. C + Martin Landsky + Three + Taimur Agha + Crazy Larry + special guests TBA) at Rebel, August 31st 10pm-9am.

From there the degenerates star in their own AFTERSCHOOL SPECIAL (Cassy + Joel Mull + Nikola Baytala + Zip + special guests TBA) at The Yard, September 1st 10am-9pm. Transport from one venue to the next will be provided.

BOAT, REBEL, BUS & YARD PASS!
A special Sunday School For Degenerates trifecta party package is now available for $105 while supplies last at www.www.made-event.com. This includes admission to Overboard + Sunday School for Degenerates at Rebel + Afterschool Special at The Yard + bus transportation between venues. Degenerate Passholders will receive a wristband that will allow them re-entry at Rebel and The Yard. No re-entry for non passholders. Bus leaves the Paddlewheel Queen at 10:15pm. Bus from Rebel leaves at 9:15am.
