Introducing...

-=RISE=-

A new night in San Francisco bringing together the international artists pushing progressive forward, and local crews true to the sound right here at home. Be there for the debut event, featuring the label launch party for progressive & tech-house imprint Railyard Recordings and all their headlining artists, including...

In the Main Room:

Michael Thomas aka BLACKWATCH (Live)
Blackwatch is nothing short of a progressive phenomenon. His skillful, powerful productions have dominated the industry with over 50 releases and remixes on such labels as Global Underground, Renaissance, HOOJ Choons, Bedrock, YoshiToshi, Plastic Fantastic, Hope, SOG, Fade, Shinichi, Pitch Black, and Ministry Of Sound. His recent smash hit "Gentle Rain" with Greed went on to top major DJ charts all over the world in 2004. And now his current label home is Paramount Pictures, where he's opening up the space within his legendary sound further than ever.

Justin Scott Dixon aka VOYAGER (Live + DJ)
Voyager's extensive body of work has been widely acclaimed throughout the dance industry. His tracks and remixes have been licensed to heavyweight CDs including Sasha's Global Underground San Francisco, and John Digweed's GU:Los Angeles & 'Stark Raving Mad' compilations. Scott was one of the first artists signed to Sasha's Excession label, and since then his music has been released on Bedrock, Rhythm Syndicate, and Fire. He was also chosen to remix John Digweed's Bedrock stormer, 'Beautiful Strange'. Today Voyager is forging a new sound in progressive: towering beats, wide-open soundscapes, innovative melodic progressions, and SF is proud to host the debut of his groundbreaking new material.

Plus be there early for an opening set by local hero Spesh (Looq, Qool, Renaissance, Bedrock). Come and welcome him back for his first solo set at 1015 in years.

Upstairs:

Adam Collins aka OMNI AM
Since his emergence from the Chicago underground in the mid 90's, Adam Collins has been instantly synonymous with the true underground Tech-House movement in America, well before the upstart genre's emergence among the transpotters as a cool musical buzzword. Adam owns and operates the extremely influential Euphoria Recordings and has released on such labels as Swag (uk), Big Chief (nyc), New Life, Crayon and Primal Recordings. He has produced work with Uk tech house guru's Terry Francis, Eddie Richards, and Grant Dell, and remixed such acts as Derrick Carter, Jay Tripwire and Mr. C. His Dj'ng career brings him all over the globe with performances at Crobar (Chicago), Arc/Twilo (NYC), Space and Concorde2 (UK). Today, Adam in every way represents success in bringing the biggest sounds of the globe to North American dancefloors.

plus Matt Xavier & Sean Detech aka GrUvHaUs (LA/NYC - Railyard Recordings).

And in the front room:

Holdin' it down all night, local crews SOLIDSF and FunkyCozy, including the supastars you know and love:

Jonathan Beech (FunkyCozy, Electrocelt)
D Spurlock (SolidSF, Clear)
Justin Corbett (Slow Motion Sequence, SolidSF)
Tim McCormack (FunkyCozy)

droppin' the funky, techy, progressive beats all night!
