Born out of Brighton's influential and greatly missed 'The Do' club, 13monsters is a monthly club night of "non-wack guitar and beat based music." Eventually growing far larger than The Do, the night has played host to Chromatics, Glass Candy and (Pitchfork darling) El Guincho. The 6 DJs manage to cover an enormous range of music from Crass to Daniel Wang, Kid Sister to Fuck Buttons, The Units to Padded Cell...

Dan will be erring more on the side of D I S C O for his Common set but expect both a Greek-psych freakout and French bosa nova at some point.
