Wed, 08 Oct 2008Good-ish club but what a gash crowd. It was full of proper townies. Won't be hurrying back there.

Sun, 05 Oct 2008I don't know about anyone else but I had a great night. Admittedly there were a few prats there at first, but by 2am they'd mainly cleared out and been replaced by a shiny happy crowd. Great sets by Adventures Close to Home and SMD, plus one a mindblowing one from what I think was Riton taking Shit Robot's slot in the main room. Can anyone confirm?

Even Nadia Ksabia was pretty good - unlike the other times I've seen her.

I'll definitely be going back to Matter when they've got a line-up I... More

Fri, 03 Oct 2008Hmm depends what kind of stuff they decide to play in their live set. I saw them for the first time at O2 wireless (when Daft Punk played) and they were absolutely fookin incredible, they followed on from Digitalism extremely well. However at the WHP on new years they weren't so hot. Hopefully they'll play a more bangin set to reflect the other acts they've curated into their night.

Tue, 30 Sep 2008HEy kids, don't mean to dash any pleasure but Simian live sucks as I saw them in Fabric. Bedroom music in a club just doesn't do. Otherwise might be worth going for the others that I have no idea of.
