Out of the Woods are affy excited to announce that ABERFELDY, the Edinburgh based quintet fronted by singer songwriter Riley Briggs, are headlining at the club on Sun Nov 2nd.

Summer may be gone, but you can get yourself a dose of indie pop folk sunshine by exposing yourself to the feel good boy/girl harmonies, catchy tunes and quirky lyrics of this unique band who have been compared to the Magic Numbers and Belle and Sebastian, to name but some.

Their current myspace site (myspace.com/aberfeldy) features tunes from their last (brilliant) album 'Do Whatever Turns You On' , the follow up to their debut masterpiece 'Forever Young' - the album recorded with band members 'huddled shivering round one microphone, wearing fingerless gloves and eating stale bread ....'
