The 7th of November we are celebrating the launch of a new weekly party called Hotel.

Hotel is about good music. It is about dancing. It is about having fun. It is the sort of thing that people take for granted in big cities world the world over but that has been sadly missing from Barcelona for a couple of years now.

Located right in the city centre, just two streets from Plaza Catalunya. With two rooms there will be two different styles of music.

The best new house music upstairs each week from high level local and international DJs such as Spanish legend, David Tort and Chiubuku's, Dom Chung.

The basement will bounce to an eclectic mix from electroclash and new-rave to indie, hip-hop and breaks from local Barcelona residents such Will Deluxe and Blaktronic. Guest DJs will include blog-land heroes La Grève Générale and MRTN from StockholmBeatConnection.com.

There is no doubt that the music blogs will soon be humming to the sounds of Hotel.
