GLASSHOUSE MOVES TO MEZZ AND CELEBRATES ITS 12TH BDAY!
One Club. All Different. All Equal. All Night.

Glasshouse, the innovative and consistently excellent piïce de r sistance of the Leeds clubbing universe, is on the move. For well over a decade the night has reigned as cult king of the UKs dance underground thanks to a distinctive and all-too-rare combination of stellar resident DJs and an intimate, individualist aesthetic that for years ensured capacity crowds and a fiercely loyal clientele on the strength of word-of-mouth alone.

Having begun life as a unique after-hours haven with a legendary atmosphere, Glasshouse evolved into a wildly successful long-term residency at Mission, and this year celebrated their fifth year hosting the Mixmag Terrace for Cream @ Amnesia in Ibiza. At The Leeds Bar & Club Awards 2007 they garnered an unprecedented gong for Best Club Night and have been repeatedly heaped with A-list praise. David Morales described his Glasshouse set as his best UK gig in ten years

They are now poised to up the ante once again by moving location to Leeds new hotspot, The Mezz Club, destined to propel the Glasshouse myth ever further into the clubbers stratosphere with its impeccable interior, lighting and sound. 1st Nov sees a double celebration of not only the launch of Leeds' No.1 club night at Leeds new No.1 venue but also the celebration of Glasshouse's 12th Birthday!

Head Glasshouse promoter Karl Jukes commented, this is a fantastic move for Glasshouse. Weve had a great time at Mission and are sad to say goodbye but Mezz is where its at and we just had to be part of it! We cant believe weve made it to 12 so just want to thank all those that come through our doors week in and week out, youve all made Glasshouse what it is today. Onwards and upwards!
