December 31, 2008 will mark the 1st New Year's Eve Event at Miami Beach's newest beach front hotel.

The Gansevoort South will be the site for this year's most premier "IT" New Year's Eve Event. It the go-to option for celebrities from around the country on New Year's Eve.

The Private Beach Club
The premier VIP lounge and playground is a seductive seaside retreat, Gansevoort Beach Club is Miami's largest Private Beach Club created by designer, Stephane Dupoux. This area will be used to greet guests entering the event from 24th Street and The Beach.

The Pool Plaza
The Pool Plaza features an Infinity-Edge Ocean View Pool sits within a Expansive Brazilian Ipe Deck, A New Year's Eve Oasis with Sprawling Outdoor Bar. The pool will feature a "floating" stage where DJ Cassidy and guest performers will be the focal point of the event. All premium tables will sit poolside.
