Australia Day long weekend is a time to celebrate all the wonderful things about our country: sunshine, beautiful women, beer, koalas, those cool hats with corks hanging off them, and world-class DJs and producers. And to help you all out with that celebration, Eat Musik has enlisted the incredible talents of MDX (Mark Dynamix) and Claire Morgan.

MDX is Mark Dynamix's new nom-de-guerre. The pseudonym change reflects the considerable change in his sound of late, with Mark casting aside big-room sounds in favour of a more deep, complex blend of techno, tech house, minimal and progressive house. In just a few short months, MDX has firmly established himself as a first-class purveyor of his new sound, thanks to support slots for artists and DJs such as Paolo Mojo, Oliver Koletzki and Robert Babicz, and through a string of quality releases on his new label Long Distance Recordings.

Claire Morgan is one of the most well-respected DJs in Sydney's underground. A purveyor of quality techno and house of many forms, Claire's sound ranges from glitchy, clicky and mechanical to warm, melodic and deep. Having played everywhere from dingy warehouses to parties such as The Box, Lost Baggage and Loose Kaboose, and supported artists such as Style Of Eye, Shonky, Aril Brikha, Joris Voorn and Layo & Bushwacka, Claire has proven herself as one of Sydney's best DJs.
