ab.c, a new club series at the berghain kantine in berlin. Dedicated to the cutting edge in sound, fantasy, “feinheit“, atmosphere, imagination, wild fun and ambiance; a place for heavy dancers and meditative listeners alike.

Beginning on february 28th ab.c is held the last Saturday of each month at the Berghain Cantina, a division of the award winning Berghain aka “Best Club in the World“.
ab.c is a cultural and electronic music event celebrating the sounds of two great electronic music cities; Berlin and Aarhus, Denmark.
Berlin has always been famous for its deep club techno sounds and hard beats while its lesser known electro cousin in Aarhus is home to one of the only electronic music Conservatories in the world; DIEM.
ab.c is a fusion of the dirty deep Berlin wave and the finely crushed experimental sounds that come from DIEM at Aarhus.
Each month, Notic Nastic, an electronic live act, will open and host this event with a wild and crazy live performance.
On February 28th ab.c is featuring “unter uns“, Berlin party-organizers with acts like Jake the Rapper, Vincent Vega and Din3000.
Aarhus will bring their electro-queen Heidi Mortenson and Karsten Pflum, a master of unexplored sounds.
Well known and Up and comming Berlin and Aarhus DJs/live acts will carry this event into the light hours with spaceous sound, hard style a little dirt and godspeed.
The evening begins with pulsating, pushing undiscovered experimental sounds and gradually swells into hard thrashing beats as the night progresses.
Guests are treated to both aural, edible and visual feasts.
Delicate sounds are enveloped the evening, while chocolate and fruits are served on silver platters, every guest receives a special masquerade party pack surprise, special interactive activities, entertainers in full costume and Danish fashion is of course featured...

HEIDE MORTENSON rappt wie Peaches, skandiert wie Lesbians on Ecstasy, daddelt wie Sophie Rimheden und gebietet wie die ganz frühe P.J. Harvey in ihrer Version von deren "Legs".
KARSTEN PFLUM´S Tracks hört man auf der BBC & bei John Peel. Für uns lotet er den Wahnsinn zwischen zwischen Dub-Step und Techno neu aus .
JAKE THE RAPPER - Rap trifft auf harte Techno-Rhythmen. Kritiker sind voll des Lobes auf seine Platten und Partygänger feiern ihren Jake als Feiergott mit Sexappeal.
