Dubfire at matter
I-vanwroteSat, 14 Mar 2009haha same happened with me and my friends asking me every 5 min about the time. I even happily smoked few cigarettes outside whithout being a smoker particularly.
Nadia1xwroteSat, 14 Mar 2009Yeah Martin Eyerer was really good. Shame the crowd wasn't really packed for him.
Karl Bartos though... didn't do anything for me apart from make me check the time every five minutes! I'm sure some people might have appreciated him. But all that robot talking/singing over the tracks was all a bit too much for me.
I-vanwroteSat, 14 Mar 2009Yeah, Dubfire was great and Martin Eyerer's set afterwards was legendary! Too bad I missed Davide Squillace but he played really early. I think Karl Bartos was not a good choice before Dubfire. I don't want to say anything bad about his music, but I feel it didn't fit the rest of the night and kind of killed the vibe. Maybe it would have been more appreciated in a different venue with a different crowd. If you want to have a life show before Dubfire, than take someone like 2000 and One for... More
Nadia1xwroteSat, 14 Mar 2009Yeah he only played 2 - 4. Frickin awesome though He played some great tracks and kept the crowd bouncing in the air!
It wasn't that busy in there, and the other room was shut. If you wana check him out again you should check him out at Matter in May. Hopefully he'll play for much longer!
TheArmyChefwroteSat, 14 Mar 2009How was this? I heard dubfire twice last year so I spent about two hours last night trying to justify a trek to matter, and stayed in...
I saw a pic on a site with the set times. Did he only play for 2 hours , 2-4?
Nadia1xwroteFri, 13 Mar 2009Yeah set times would be very useful. I think it might have to be a solo mission tonight
