The first Saturday of March sees Hat-Club return to London super-club Pacha. It’s its first London bash of 2009, so London town – get ready to party!
Hat-Club’s 4th birthday at this very same venue in November 2008 packed the club like no other promotion that year; by midnight it had filled the club to capacity and had to open up the VIP area to the public due to the demand. It’s no surprise therefore that Pacha wants it back.
On this night, Hat-Club is set to party in style like only it knows how with two rooms of music, a line-up of quality house DJs, a door policy of ‘no-hat-no entry’, which all combined create an atmosphere like no other in clubland.
Music comes from the internationally acclaimed Jason Herd, who’s currently riding high with releases on Hed Kandi and Defected; the fantastically versatile Suzee X who was responsible for setting the floor alight at the 4th birthday; and a host of Hat-Club’s loyal residents that include Henry Burrows & DJ Roo and Vince Frimpong. Like the birthday party, this night will sell out, so get your ticket now to save disappointment.
Aside from London, Hat-Club and its familiar tag line ‘don’t talk about Hat-Club’ holds down residencies at Digital in Brighton and Storm in Southend. It’s never takes itself too seriously and prides itself on delivering the best possible night out to its army of fans.
Creatively, it’s all about the hats, and there’s often a prize on hand for the best one, so don’t get lazy - start planning an extravagant tiffer now! But remember; don’t talk about Hat-Club! Ssshhh….
