Love is in the air is this year’s Free Your Mind Festival theme. So put on your smile, polish your plastic, fall in love, propose to your partner. Or at least fake it all...

A little history behind it al (cause there is a lot of history behind it al!)
The concept of Free Your Mind Festival came up, thanks to the historical ground where the event now annually takes place, namely the so called “Stadsblokken” (cityblocks) of Arnhem.
At this area - on an around the John Frostbridge - the allied troops had a tough fight with the German occupier during World War II in the Battle of Arnhem.
Now, decades later, once a year, this extraordinary place is the centre of positive energy:
Once a year Free Your Mind Festival takes place and that is when our troops and the Army of Lovers (all you lovely partypeople) turn the area upside down (in nothing but a positive sense)!

Dance and enjoy all day long and experience the free-est state of mind!
