SPECIAL KISS & TELL RELOCATION LAUNCH PARTY!
Thanks to all of you, Kiss & Tell has been growing for over three years so we've decided to move our party to a venue that could better support all of our needs! We have decided to move from Rose Bar to lovely Coco66 in Greenpoint. Coco66 used to be a doll factory, then a chocolate factory, and will now be luring [Kiss & Tell] disco dollies to a life of vice.
Coco66 features a lovely front bar room with booths for relaxing, a large fully stocked bar where you can also order chocolate and light bites for the ravenous...
The large back room is perfect to support a full on Kiss & Tell dance party with a pumping sound system, proper DJ booth, stage [for showing off] and a large projection screen to facilitate your journey into Kiss & Tell land. We are really excited about moving to Coco66 and hope you will love it too!

On Thursday, March 19th, travel to Paris with DJs Melody Nelson and Peter Gunn, the two foremost authorities on French music in NYC. Ye Ye Girls and Boys are invited to Coco66 for a sultry night of sexy French pop, a hot set from resident disco expert Bethany Benzur and Lee Curtiss will top the night off.
Kiss & Tell Guest DJ: Lee Curtiss
A Western Michigan native and long-time Detroit resident, Lee Curtiss has been forging his uniquely backwoods, yet avant-garde and primal brand of deep and twisted dance music since the late 1990’s. A constantly changing and ever-eager student to his craft, Lee’s finger has been pressed upon, if not thrust into, the throbbing aorta of underground dance music for quite some time – even if his production skills and brain-demolishing live PA have only recently begun to garner the attention of techno and house music’s elite. Growing up between the two poles of Chicago and Detroit organized Lee’s approach to production squarely between the grooving, deep house sounds of artists like Derrick Carter, and the mindfreaking work of techno producers such as Ricardo Villalobos, Zip (aka Dimbiman), Matthew Dear and Richie Hawtin. Over the past year Lee has begun to tour extensively in America and Europe, notoriously adhering to a 'fuck trends, fuck dance music, and fuck me' approach to producing and performing that only the strongest of stomachs and most iron-clad of minds can withstand. His music’s dark, sexy, and uncompromising singularity have earned him coveted performance slots at the 2007 DEMF and Mutek festivals, preludes to his upcoming summer move to Europe and a new commitment to touring and producing. Curtiss was recently named by Matthew Dear as one of they key figures of emerging talent in URB magazine’s next 100, but Lee would rather you quit reading this bio and either book him, buy his record, or come see him melt you and your friends faces at a club near you.

Kiss & Tell Guest DJ: Peter Gunn wowed us with his amazing French Canadian 45s the last time he played Kiss & Tell. So we are welcoming him back for another fun night of very rare and catchy hits. In between playing grime, dubstep, and dancehall with DJ crew Pure Fire and shooting off his mouth on Viva Radio, Peter Gunn also writes a French music blog called Tete Carre (recently featured on Radio Canada ) about French and Quebecois music of the 60's and 70's. Expect hidden gems and floorshakers from both sides of the Atlantic.
