Numbers is proud to announce the team-up of 2009.
A triple header of mammoth proportions, for one night only we're handing the reins to the three hottest producers in electronic music today - Hudson Mohawke, Rustie and Flying Lotus.
Hudson Mohawke has just dropped the awesome Polyfolk Dance EP on Warp Records. Described as Warp's secret weapon, his take on hip-hop and electronic music is the most exciting sound around. He was responsible for last year's underground anthem Ooops! on Wireblock X Lucky Me. This will be Hud Mo's first live show in Glasgow for two years.
Rustie is the creator of the one-man genre known as Aquacrunk.
His fusion of hip-hop, techno and all things bass has wowed peeps all over the world. He has released records on Numbers labels Stuffrecords and Wireblock to widespread acclaim - the Jagz The Smack and Zig-Zag 12"s were instant sell outs and are now regarded as classic material. His new Bad Science EP is out soon on Wireblock, with BIG things in the pipeline.
Flying Lotus is the influential Los Angeles based beathead and production maestro. The great nephew of Alice Coltrane and signed to Warp he's taken the world by storm and his bass-fuelled genre defying DJ sets are simply nuts! He first rocked the Numbers dancefloor two years ago and now he's back for more.
Three is the magic number and these guys will tear the club up...
