Massive thanks to everybody who made it saaarth of the river (clearly cabbies do like it down south!) for the first DDD of the year @ Jacks (valve warehouse project). The space looked wicked and the feedback was very positive. Check the website for the picture gallery … www.dddclub.co.uk.
The good news is we’ll be back at Jacks in June when 20/20 take over both rooms with a massive line up, showcasing the very latest of their very talented talent.

Onto April’s “DDD loves LA Pena Party"...

We are back in East London for April and it’s a party we are really excited about! The space we have secured in Crackney Hackney (a disused supermarket!) is the perfect setting for what will be a very intimate party. Capacity is limited to only 400 of you lot but, as I’m always assured, good things come in small packages (apart from cocks, which are best served large and at room temperature).

There will be very limited space on the door due to the capacity, please ensure you buy a ticket to guarantee entry.

La Pena is a relatively new label (established in 2008 by label honcho’s Enizelkind) but has a promising future with these guys at the helm. Their releases on labels such as ‘get physical’, ‘kindish’, ‘Plastic City’, ‘murmur’ and of course ‘La Pena’ has really impressed us of late. Their distinct sound, Chicago influenced drums and tribal rhythms will no doubt bring a sharp rush of blood to the Britney Spears!
We are also delighted to announce Dorian Paic as a guest. Closely associated with two of the world’s most talked about clubs; Frankfurt’s ‘Robert Johnson’, and ‘Monza’, Dorian has a well-deserved reputation as one of the leading underground figures, and as a DJ’s favourite DJ. Rarely making London appearances, we look forward to his original blend of forward thinking house music.
Finally, we are excited to tell you about Kia, a rare youthful young lady on the circuit who has fast established herself as an artist to be admired. Catch one of her first and exclusive performances in the UK with us in April.

The two Simon’s complete the main room line up; Baker fly’s in for his only UK residency after having great success on a recent US tour; he’s joined alongside original resident Morell who’s been busy gigging up and down this green and pleasant land.
