Hailing from Denmark, Anders Trentemøller has always been at the forefront of electronic music. Trentemøller catapulted into the international spotlight in 2005 with a long list of remixes that got tongues wagging, including Röyksopp “What Else Is There”, The Pet Shop Boys “Sodom”, The Knife “We Share Our Mothers Earth” and Moby “Go” which charted the Arias in October 2006. This recognition would be the catalyst for a string of successes including “Essential Mix of the Year” (Pete Tong, BBC1 2006) and “Record of the Year” (Trax, Groove Mag) for Trentemøller’s debut album The Last Resort (Pokerflat, 2006). His acclaimed sophomore album, The Trentemøller Chronicles (Audiomatique) released in 2007 saw him tour at Stereosonic with his awe inspiring LIVE CONCERT which left punters stunned for weeks and begging for his return. This is a Triple J sponsored tour.
