Those who came to the Plat du Jour party in March know. Plat du Jour is loud, its sweaty and its here to stay. This month, the crew continue their quest to serve up piping hot bass in Barcelona with their biggest scoop to date.

Joker is the white truffles, the percebes, the caviar of dubstep, electro and wonky. Signed to Kode 9’s Hyperdub at the tender age of 19 he’s been causing some 10 footer waves on the European scene. The likes of Mala, Skream and Benga are all over him like a melted shellsuit! This year he is one of Sonar’s freshest and most talked about additions to the line-up. Here’s your chance to say you’ve seen it all before and in a small and sweaty space with a huge soundsystem. He comes with Rinse FM’s word man MC Nomad, a demon on the mic.

They will be joined by local troublemaker – the boy in the peek – DJ Face-Tic. As one half of the Itchy and Scratchy Show and a founding father of the Organ is Asian phenomenon, this Chilean knows how to take the roof off.

The Plat du Jour crew, headed this time by Southport’s unstoppable Mr ‘where were you in 92’, DJ Slick Dixx, will be bringing their usual glitchy blend of ghetto, booty, bass, grime, rave and dubstep.

Los que vinieron a la fiesta Plat du Jour de marzo lo saben. Plat du Jour es sudor, es volúmen y está aquí para quedarse. Este mes, la crew continúa con la misión de servir los graves más calientes de Barcelona con su mayor primicia hasta la fecha.

Joker es como las trufas blancas, los percebes, el caviar del dubstep, el electro y el wonky. Fichado por Hyperdub, sello de Kode 9, a la tierna edad de 19 años, este chico de Bristol ha conmocionado la escena europea. Tanto la prensa
internacional como artistas de la talla de Mala, Skream y Benga se derriten por él! Es también una de las incorporaciones más frescas y comentadas al cartel del Sonar de este año. Esta es tú ocasión para decir que ya le habías visto tocar en un sitio pequeño con un soundsystem brutal. En su primera visita a España, vendrá acompañado de MC Nomad, habitual de la radio pirata Rinse FM y un demonio al micrófono.

Se unirá a ellos el colombiano DJ FaceTic, mitad de The Itchy and Scratchy show y fundador del fenómeno Organ is Asian, quien sabe de sobra cómo sacudir la casa. La Plat du Jour crew, con el imparable Mr. ´where were you in 92’ DJ Slick Dixx al frente, aportará la ración habitual de booty, bass, grime, rave y dubstep.
